OTERO-Joseph A., of Astoria, NY, passed away on January 14, 2017. He was born in New York City on January 31, 1926. A Veteran of World War II, he served in the Army Air Corps. After serving, he completed a B.A. in Business from St. John’s University in 1950 while running and eventually owning The Spanish-American Printing Co., the oldest foreign language specialty printers in NYC, until his retirement. Long-time member of La Universal Lodge No. 751 F. & A. M. and Casa Galicia. He is survived by his beloved wife, Asuncion (Sue) Calvo Otero, his loving children Alessandra Otero-Reiss and her husband Mark, and Antonio J. Otero and his wife Allison. Five adoring grandchildren, Matteo, Julian, Alejandro, Nicolas and Maia. His sister Dolores DeArmas and niece Aurelia (Luz) De Armas. Reposing Thomas M.
