Larry's passion with history no doubt influenced his intertest in antique furniture and artifacts. Larry had antique shops in both New York City and Long Island, particularly Sag Harbor. He loved driving around the state looking for antiques to re-furbish and showcase in his showrooms His knowledge of antiques led to a friendship with Laura Fisher, a well known antique dealer with a showroom on East 56th Street in NYC. The last known job Larry had was with an Amish furniture store in downtown NYC where he sold fine crafted Amish furniture to clients looking for quality and style.
Larry is survived by his sister Jackie McHughes of Bristol CT and is remembered lovingly by his dear friends Edy Arifn, Richard Signorelli, Carol Bryan, Nancy Abba and Joann Vanek.
