Lee Bynum, daughter of the late Odam and Fannie McBride was born December 28th, 1922 in Raleigh, North Carolina and departed this life September 19th, 2011. She grew up and attended school in Raleigh, N.C. In her early twenties she moved to New York City where she met and married William Bynum. She grew up in the church and accepted Christ as her Saviour.She was a devoted wife, a loving and caring mother. She was a soft spoken, kind, gentle and giving person to all that knew her.She retired after 30 years with NYC Health and Hospital in Brooklyn. Lee leaves behind to cherish fond memories: daughter Jeanette, granddaughter Jeanine, sons Jerry and James, sister in law Eva Bynum, nieces Edna Green, Apostle Dr. Mary Braswell,D.D., Kisha Rivera, nephew Henry Green, cousin Deacon Amelia Charles and a host of family and friends.
