Mary A. Vavruska passed away peacefully at her residence in Jackson Heights, NY on July 22, 2015. She was a lifelong resident of Queens. She was very active in Cooperative and Community Affairs serving as President of Brulene Cooperative and Chairman of Community Board 3. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from NYU. She retired from Equitable Life as a Vice President of Internal Auditing. She was President of the family owned business TCE Systems. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Charles and his wife Susan. Cherished grandma of Mary. Also survived by her sister Gloria Carroll and her husband Arthur, her brother in law Ronald Vavruska and his wife Jeanne.
