Michael Proc, age 80, of Manhattan, formerly of Queens, died Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the NY Veterans Home after an illness. He was born January 28, 1934 to the parents Clement and Anna Proc, Bayside, NY, who preceeded him in death. Also preceding him in death, two sisters, Mildred Zupky & Helen Robey and one brother, Walte Prock, and. hloving partner of forty-five years, Mona Turetsky. He is survived by his brothers Andy Proc of Greenacres, FL and John Proc of Rockledge, FL and his sister, Katherine Proc Garlin, of Ft. Smith, AR, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends in NY, FL, WA, AR, OK & TX. Michael was a champion bowler who bowled weekly with friends at the 34th Ave Lanes in Woodside for over 40 years. He served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea 1952-56.
