Norma Bernal, age 79, of Astoria, New York passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022. Norma was born February 10,1943. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Romeo Bernal, her eldest son, Richie and his wife Christina, her youngest son, Ronald Bernal, and her three grandchildren, Dillon, Phillip, and Elliott Bernal.
She also survived by her 2 older sisters and 1 younger brother.
Norma fought a long and difficult battle of dementia for the past 14 years. She was devoutly cared for by her family and loved ones throughout her entire journey. Her beloved thank God she is no longer in pain and is at peace with the Lord.
Norma passed away peacefully with her two sons by her side - both in person and virtually.
