Perry Bell was born at Aquebogue in Long Island, New York. He and his mother left and moved to Williamsburg, Brooklyn to live with her sister. Perry attended the Hebrew Day Nursery School at the age of five. He then began P.S. 16 grade school until the eighth grade. He attended the Erasmus High School up to the twelfth grade. He then went to the Fashion School of Art and Design in Manhattan. His major was Commercial Art and Design. He and his mother Barbara moved to Long Island City, Queens. He received his first construction job at the age of eighteen. He decided to attend night school for more advancement. He was called to work at the World Trade Center during the 9/11 tragedy for two years until he was no longer needed. He was then called to work as a Land Surveyor for five years. During the year of 2014 to 2015, he began working on bridges in Staten Island and the outskirts of New Jersey.Visitation will be held at the Thomas M. Quinn & Sons Funeral Home on Sunday from 1-6:00pm. We will leave the Funeral Home at 10:30am on Monday and the interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden, New Jersey. Repast will follow at Jacob A. Riss Center in Long Island City, New York from 3-6pm.
