Ronald "Born" Kearse Sr.

Ronald “Born” Kearse, Sr. was born on April 18, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York at St. John’s Hospital to his parents Lorraine Kearse and the Late William Boyd, Jr. The majority of his childhood life he was raised in Queens, New York. Born attended Thomas Edison High School and became a construction worker for over 20 years, as well as a member of Local 79 Union.

In the beginning of his young life Born met the love of his life, Yvonne and they have been together ever since. They created their only Son, Ronald Kearse, Jr. He was a devoted Father, Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend and he will be greatly missed. Born was a loving son who always took care of his mother.

Born’s time on earth has touched so many lives and will be deeply missed especially for his signature “smile” and “laugh”. He was a man who loved his job, worked hard for his family and was a giving person who cared for everyone. He always saw the good in people and that is a hard trait to endure.

Born leaves to cherish, his Wife, Yvonne; Son, Ronald, Jr; Mother, Lorraine (Tiny); his Brothers, William (Pop); Shawn (Black); Lance (Bo); Tracey (Tray); and his only Sister, Ayanna; his Nephews, Demetrius; William, Jr., and Treshon; and his only Niece, Stacy, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His Father and grandparents has preceded him in death.
