Sime Dobra 73, of Elmhurst, New York passed away on May 14, 2012. He was born in Croatia on October 13, 1938. Sime was married to Danica Kale. He had a career as a Butcher with Sterling Provision and as a Carpenter with Natase and White. Sime had a passion for fishing, wine making, Rakija making and prosciutto making. He is survived by his two children Mirela and Frane, his grandchildren Nicole, Michael, Peter, Daniel, Olivia, and Mateo, and his siblings Mlado, Miro, and the late Andrija.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 16, 2012 from 2-5p.m. & 7-9p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at Saint Mel's R/C Church on Thursday May 17, 2012 at 10:30a.m. Entombment to follow at Saint Michael’s Cemetery located in East Elmhurst, New York
