Theo was born in Jamaica, Queens on December 6, 1981 to Theophilus Wiggins and Sandra Davis. He was raised in Ravenswood Houses in Long Island City, New York by Theo and Carol Wiggins, along with his five siblings.
Theo attended P.S. 111 and he continued his education until he graduated from Long Island City High School. Theo’s goal from high school and in his life has always been to start and maintain good work ethics so that he could be financially independent and be an upstanding responsible adult. Over the course of his life Theo has gainfully adopted employment in various fields while he was focused on finding a career that truly satisfied his goals. His search was over when he found employment at the New York City Department of Education where he worked as a Janitor. He was a hard working young man that enjoyed spending time with son his Tyheim, his siblings, his family and wonderful friends. He was in the process of making future plans on his next steps in life.
Theo was truly one of a kind; he never had an unpleasant thought or bad word to say about anyone. He always kept his composure, even when faced with life’s most difficult situations. Regardless of any situation he would always smile and say “everything is going to be okay” or” I am alright”. Although Theo fell ill earlier this year, he had undergone treatments and was well on his way to recovery. However, on May 11, 2015 before God called him home; Theo fainted and looked up with a smile and uttered those very words “I am okay”.
Theo’s unexpected journey to be with GOD has left his family and friends heartbroken but we know and understand that it was his season. We will all deeply miss the nicest guy that GOD shared with us. He is now at peace with his daughter, Tyasia Davis and his grandmother, Gerona Davis who both predeceased him. Theo leaves behind his parents Theophilus and Carol Wiggins, and Sandra Davis; siblings Tameka, Donte, Shawn, Ebony, Tatiana, Tarell and Christopher; his beloved son Tyheim Davis with Shakeya; his grandmother, Mary Lee Wiggins; his uncle on his mother’s side, Michael Davis; 30 nieces and nephews, 21 aunts and uncles, and a loving girlfriend Siobhan. He also leaves behind a host of cousins and friends who loved him.
