Thomas Joseph Ryan

Thomas Joseph Ryan passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 66. Born in Franklin Square, NY in 1959, Tom was a long time resident of Woodside, NY. He is survived by his wife Janet, son William, and two daughters, Katherine and Victoria.

Tom Led his own CPA practice in Woodside for 35 years. He loved to serve his community and was a proud member of Queens Community Board #1 for over 25 years. He was the Director of the Northern Woodside Coalition, which lead efforts such as an annual summer concert series at Sgt Collins Park and holiday lighting on the streets of Woodside.

Tom was an avid fan of the New York Mets and Jets, an aficionado of military history and aviation, and enjoyed jamming out to classic rock tunes.

Visitation will be held at Thomas M. Quinn & Sons Funeral Home, 41-45 58th Street, Woodside, NY 11377, US, on July 30, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, 58-02 Roosevelt Ave, New York, NY 11377, US, on July 31, 2026, from 10:45 am to 11:45 am.

Thomas Joseph Ryan will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery, 49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd, New York, NY 11377, US, on July 31, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
