Vivian Helen Bernhardt Kleiner was born in Ithaca, New York on July 3rd, 1944 to Henry and Charlotte Bernhardt.The family moved to Queens, New York where Vivian graduated from Queens College. In 1980, she went to work for the Patient Accounts Dept. of
NYCHHC Elmhurst Hospital Center as a Hospital Care Investigator; eventually being promoted to Senior Hospital Care Investigator. She retired in 2019. Vivian passed away on June 2nd, 2026. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Vivian lived in Jackson Heights, New York. A Committal Service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery, 127-15 Kew Gardens Rd, New York, NY 11415, US, on June 17, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
