AJ preceded in death by his mother and father John Homer and Lillie Bell Padgett, 8 siblings, 2 sisters and 6 brothers. His wife of 30 years Rosemary Padgett. He is survived by his kids, Allan Padgett and Ann and Scotty Blackwell of Jasper. His grandkids JT and Christie Bozeman (Jasper), Jacob and Codie Bozeman (Jasper), Emerald Padgett and Tim Porter (North Carolina), Carly Padgett (Craig Miller) (Texas). Great grandkids Carley McPherson, Katie Bozeman, Grady Bozeman, Jaylen Bozeman, Augustus Bozeman, McKinlegh Bozeman. Great-great grandkids, Hudson, Ramiah, Willa-Mae McPherson. His brother Doug Padgett, several nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
