Mrs. Applegate worked as the customer service representative and administrative assistant of National State Bank and was a proud wife and mother. She grew up strong in her Catholic faith and enjoyed attending bible study and sermons regularly. She was a devoted member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and enjoyed her cats, gardening, and walking.
Mrs. Applegate is preceded by her husband, Elmer Applegate, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur W. Johnson. She is survived by her son, Scott Applegate of Woodstock, Georgia, and daughter, Carolyn Applegate of Ballston Lake, New York.
Cremation Services were handled under the care of the Staff at Woodstock Funeral Home in Woodstock, Georgia.
