Anthony was born on October 12, 1994 in Cape Canaveral, Florida to his mother Diana Despina Elbert and his father James Clinton Elbert. He grew up in Marietta, GA and was a person who was full of life, laughter, and love.
Despite growing up in Marietta Georgia, Anthony would proudly refer to himself as a “Florida Boy” and loved all things Florida. He loved the warm weather, the beach, palm trees, and most of all he loved Disney. Any time he saw anything related to Disney, he would happily proclaim that the “stars are aligning!” and that his next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth would be soon.
When at home, Anthony loved watching WWE wrestling and collecting DVDs, Funko Pops, and Pokemon Cards. He also loved shopping and going out. It did not matter where or how many times Anthony had been there, if somebody was going somewhere then Anthony was always ready to tag along. He especially loved Thursdays, as every Thursday he and his Grandmother (who he affectionately referred to as his κούκλα (doll)) would go shopping together.
He is survived by his grandmother Toula Patris, his parents James and Diana, by his brothers Christopher and Steffen, his sisters-in-law Katherine and Elizabeth, his nephew Hudson and niece Audrey, as well as by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral will be held for Anthony at Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Marietta, GA at 11AM on Monday, November 2. Flowers can be sent to Poole Funeral Home - 1970 Eagle Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189
