I am so sorry to hear of your passing. You were the last link to the past generation from my grandfather Theodore Antoine. You shared so much about our family history. I remember visiting you in DC and you were always welcoming with open arms. To your husband and children, I pray for peace and strength to meet the challenges of the world today. I will always love and remember you cousin/auntie Jean.

Thank you for so many wonderful memories Mrs. Bynum, from sharing recipes, to our chit chats, car rides to the base with Ronald tagging along being your back seat driver, being a babysitter to our daughter Torri, to calling me by my nickname “Metro”, letting me cook pork chops and gravy in your kitchen and let’s not forget the hilarious conversations between you and Mr. Bynum...felt like Terrence and I had ring side/ front row seats to a comedy show (lol). I’m truly going to miss hearing your voice and will forever cherish the memories. Rest in peace Sweet Lady. Love you always, Tiffany, Terrence and Torri Williams

I remember when I used to visit Grandma Bynum sometimes and talking to her on the phone and she asked me all the time how are you doing and she would say I miss you and can´t wait for you to come see me in Georgia and I had talked to her the night before she passed. I never got to see her in Georgia and haven´t seen her since I was 8.
I miss you Grandma, Love Diamond

I remember Mrs.Bynum through her loving faithfulness to her grandchildren Tanisha and Square IV. Regina was our (sister, aunt or cousin) and after she passed Mr. & Mrs.Bynum along with "Big Ma" picked up the pieces and was just there when Tanisha and Square needed them. Mr. and Mrs. Bynum along with Uncle Ron were always present. But Mrs. Bynum sweetness always just captured you, and as I later understand some of her cake recipes were captivating us too. That she taught Tanisha, lol. To Mr. Bynum, the Bynum and Antonie families, the Mouton, Williams, Peters families offer our condolences as you mourn the loss of this Great Woman. She will be missed by all. We stand with you during this time, as we feel assured that she is now resting peacefully with the Lord. May the peace of his love and unfailing grace rest on you during this time of sorrow. We will be praying for your comfort.

I remember being stationed at Fort Belvoir VA, not too far from Washington DC, Aunt Barbara and Uncle Square was gracious enough to invite me over for dinner on weekends. They knew I was away from home and didn’t have family nearby. I will always remember and appreciate that.
May your spirit rest and peace. Love Faye and family.🙏🏾🙏🏾

Don’t cry for me,
I’m not gone,
My soul is at rest,
My heart lives on,
Light a candle
For me to see
And hold on to
My memory,
But save your tears
For I’m still here,
By your side
Through the years.
