Billy Joe Dobbs, age 74, 0f Woodstock, GA passed away December 31, 2014. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. Billy retired from Lockheed Corp. after 37 years of service and he was a member of Masonic Lodge No.77 and also a Shriner. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Judy Dobbs of Woodstock, daughters, Stacey Dobbs Blanton (Mark) and Bridget Dobbs Gilbert (Trampass) and grandchildren Zackary Blanton and Bailea Blanton, aunt, Clara Ragsdale and several cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Sven Mossinger and Darren Swift officiating. Interment will follow at Little River United Methodist Church Cemetery in Woodstock. The family will receive friends Friday, January 2, 2015 from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
