Born on December 1, 1950, in Marion, Tennessee, Chuck was the son of the late Alice Bradham (Joseph) and Charles (Sarah) Webb.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Debbie C. Michell; his beloved daughter, Kaylin (Angelo) Pena; and his adored grandchildren, Angela Pena and Jack Pena. Additionally, he is survived by his sister, Angie (Gary) Fainn; his brother, Bruce (Becky) Webb; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held on February 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Northside Church, located at 75 N Floyd Park Rd, Rome, Georgia. Pastor Phil Wade will officiate the service.
