Charles Robert Fisher

Born on October 11, 1941, in Trenton, NJ, to Charles and Madeline Fisher, Bob graduated from Trenton Catholic High School and went on to attend the Pennsylvania State University, then Rider College, graduating in 1968.

He served in the New Jersey National Guard and built a career in risk management insurance. Bob would eventually enter into a partnership to open his own company, Public Risk Managers, in 1984. After a successful run for over 10 years, the business was sold and Bob retired. In retirement, Bob enjoyed reading, managing his investments, and cheering on the Penn State football team.

Bob is survived by his wife of 56 years, Eleanor A. Fisher, son Chris, his wife Jill and their two sons, Kendall (Melissa) and Jared (Chloe), daughter Patti and her daughter, Abby. He is predeceased by his son-in-law, Nathan.

He is also survived by his sister Carol, her husband Ron Papszycki, nephew Brian (Ruth), and other family members.

Bob was also the proud great-grandfather of Brendan, Jake, and Brooks.

Funeral mass will be held Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 2 PM at The Catholic Church of St. Ann, 4905 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30062.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 2 until 6 PM Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Poole Funeral Home, 1970 Eagle Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to The Empty Stocking Fund.
