Charles (Chuck) Vernon Waters age 70 of Woodstock, Ga,passed away peacefully in his sleep, at home, on Wednesday night, leaving behind his wife Donna Waters and their daughter Ericka Waters Harris. A career Navy man, he sacrificed 31 years of service to his country. Chuck was a man whose huge heart could only be matched by his passion for life, people, learning, teaching, giving, and loving. He a brilliant man, a jokester and a rounder to the end. He will be missed, but ever in our thoughts and hearts with eternal love.
