Christy loved spending time with her family and friends, especially enjoying scrapbooking with her close friends, traveling, and cheering on her favorite college football team—Roll Tide!
She is survived by her husband, Mark W. McNew; her daughter, Gracie E. McNew; her parents, Jeffery and Melissa Kruse; her sister-in-law, Kathy (Scott) Robinson; brothers-in-law, Douglas (Harlan) McNew and Michael McNew; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
