Memorial services will be at 11 A.M., Monday September 10, 2012 at Woodstock Funeral Home. Following the service there will a brunch in the adjoining Hospitality House.
David is survived by his son, Samuel Berkowitz; sister, Karen Kane; nephew Justin Kane; Uncle Henry Gabay, aunt, Evelyn Weiss, and many cousins.
