David Tutchton Sr., 83, died in Marietta, Georgia on February 2, 2017 of cardiac complications. David honorably served in the United States Army and Navy. While David was attending the University of Baltimore, he was a Maryland state trooper for 5 years. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He retired as a Claims Supervisor for Travelers Insurance Company, formally St Paul Insurance Company. He is predeceased by parents John F. Tutchton and Marguerite R. Tutchton, wife, Janet (Poehlman) Tutchton and brother, John R. Tutchton. David is survived by sister, Judith E. Forno, children, Denise Lowman-Kedzierski, David W. Tutchton Jr, Steven J. Tutchton, along with step sons Robert E. Renew and James S. Renew, and 11 grandchildren. He will be laid to rest at Parkwood Cemetery in Baltimore Maryland next to his wife Janet at a later date.
