Ms. Dobbins was born September 6, 1958, in Kennesaw, Georgia to Bobby Crump and the late Patsy Sue Woodruff Crump. She graduated from Osborne High School in 1976. Ms. Dobbins enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching her favorite TV shows, and used to ride Trail Bikes.
Survivors include her partner, Jay Majmundar; her daughters, Jessica Hamrick (Keith), and Lauren Crider (Zack); grandchildren, Kelli Hamrick, David Hamrick, Alice Crider, and Amelia Crider.
