Mrs. Geeslin was born on September 6, 1926 in Atlanta to the late T.A. & Ellene Morris. She was a member of Lilburn Christian Church and was a civil worker at Fort McPherson for over 35 years. Jean was an example of unconditional love and will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Geeslin and daughter, Melanie Jean Wells.
Jean is survived by her sons, Mark S. Geeslin(Gina), Atlanta, James M. Geeslin(Gail); companion & granddaughter, Laura Marie Lahr(Randy), Marietta; grandchildren, Darrin Allen, Brent Geeslin, Julie Geeslin, Stephen Geeslin, Nicholas Geeslin & Melissa Wells; 9 great-grandchildren; 2great-great grandchildren; caregiver & friend, Karon Smith.
Memorial services will be held 11:00AM Monday, August 30, 2010 at 1st Baptist Church of Woodstock.
