Dustin Michael Hobgood

September 18, 2022. He was a loving and dedicated father, son, brother, husband, and friend.

He served his country as a Marine in the White House and was a member of the Marine Honor

Guard at 8th and I. He served in Afghanistan with 1st Batallion, 6th Marines, where he was

injured and later received a Purple Heart.

Dustin enjoyed traveling, history, teaching, cars, and most of all, spending time with his family.

He loved his two young sons, Cillian (3), and Rowan (1) with all of his heart and showed that

love daily.

Dustin was a wonderful, loving husband to his wife, Jessica, and blessed her beyond measure

with his love. The two of them spent years seeing the world together before he fell ill with kidney

failure.

Dustin is survived by his wife, Jessica Hobgood, their two young sons, Cillian Hobgood, and

Rowan Hobgood, his mother, Mona Oliver, his father, Gregory Hobgood, his brother Joshua

Hobgood, and many other family members who loved him dearly.
