I know very few Godly men like Earl. Every day he had encouraging words to say as we entered the third floor. He has a passion to see that everyone he knew had the knowledge of eternal life. And eventhough he could easily quote the scriptures, he also had a funny sense of humor. He could make you laugh in a heart beat. He will be greatly missed!!

I remember when Earl started working with the Sheriff's Office and he was always so proud to do his job. He was a fine man, a true Southern gentleman, and he is really going to be missed. Every time I saw him he had a smile on his face and I was so saddened to hear of his passing. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. I was blessed to know Earl.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Earl's passing. He was a delightful man whom I often enjoyed chatting with as I passed by his station in the courthouse. He always had something interesting to share, whether it be biblical in nature or just some tidbit pearl of wisdom. He will be missed, and my thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Mr. Earl will be missed terribly by those of us on the 3rd Floor Secured Hallway at the courthouse! He was a kind, godly man, who always had a smile. Whenever he saw me on my way to court, he would say "Go get 'em!". Hugs to his family, who he spoke of so lovingly.
