Mrs. Evelyn Joyce Perkins, 87, of Woodstock, GA, died June 02, 2019, at Insignia Healthcare in Woodstock, GA. Mrs. Perkins will be taken back to Columbus, Ohio for her service to be held at Schoedinger East Chapel Funeral Home later this week. Final arrangements will be posted at a later date.
