I remember your mother well. The last time I saw her she had a temper tantrum and threw money in my face. Not a nice person.

We are saddened to just learn  of the passing of your mother.  She was an absolutely lovely woman who welcomed us with open arms, literally.
 
We will always remember her and her smile.  But especially the fact that she referred to as her caregiver being "chocolate" and herself as "vanilla" - oh how we laughed over that one.  Our caregivers truly loved her.

Dear Lora and Jim,  I was so sad to hear about your mother.  We always remember her here as so full of life, it is so hard to believe.  You must have enjoyed having her close to you for as long as you did.  We were sorry when she moved, but it was the best thing for all of you.  She always bragged about both of you all the time. Fern's Family. I was the owner/operator of The Gingerbread House Day Care in Chesterfield Co. Va. where Fern worked as a teacher's aide. Fern was a wonderful person and all of the children and parents from the day care loved her dearly, myself included. I have thought of her often and I know she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Dianne Harvey.

When our mothers leave us, there is always a place in our hearts that does not close, waiting to welcome them back, through the memories they gave us.
