Frank was born August 25, 1946 in Manhattan, New York, to Frank John Leo, Sr. and Lillian Leone Leo.
Frank was a very humble man, very religious and loved the Church. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, the Mission of Charity, involved in several other charity organizations, FSSP Church, and he was Pro Life.
Frank is survived by his sons; Craig Leo (Tiffany) and Mark Leo (Maria), one brother Nicholas Leo, 8 grandchildren, Lindsey Phillips-Leo, Benjamin Leo, Jagger Phillips-Leo, Stephen Leo, Peace Leo, Christian Leo, Noah Leo and Dominick Leo, niece Jessica Leo.
Frank was loved, and will be remembered, for his kindness, generosity, love of his Church, and will be missed tremendously.
