Mrs. Glenda Ellis passed away quietly, surrounded by her family on Sunday, November 29th. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Lester Ellis. She had three sons, Rick, Steve, and Allen Ellis; along with five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Delores Greer and her husband Jack and a brother, Dwight Mac Rae and his wife Georgia. Prior to retiring, she was a nurse for 25 years at Kennestone Hospital. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at 12:30 pm at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 6 until 8 pm at the funeral home
