Helen Jeanette Pruitt Smith

Helen Jeanette Smith, 79, of Woodstock passed away February 9, 2011.

She was born on February 19, 1931 to the late Charles E. & Gertrude Pruitt. Jeanette retired in 1993 after 38 years with Lockheed Martin Corp and was a member of Stonecrest Baptist Church. She was the Past Worthy Matron of Kennesaw Chapter 414 O.E.S. and was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Jeanette is survived by her loving husband, Thomas S. Smith, Jr.; daughter & son-in-law, Angela & Patrick Maxedon; son & daughter-in-law, Jimmy & Susie Kay; grandsons, Scott Crisp, Jeremiah Kay, Daniel Kay; great-grandchildren, Staci Crisp-Yarbrough, Korben, Kameron ,Karsen & Sakura Kay; great-great grandchild, Cameron Yarbrough.

Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Saturday, February 12, 2011 in Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00PM Friday, February 11th at the funeral home.
