Jack Roberts

Devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and beloved neighbor and friend, Jack Roberts (88) of Marietta, GA passed away on Tuesday. He is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Jan Roberts (12.07.1938- 05.14.2023). Jack and Jan shared many adventures together including cruises around the world. He leaves to cherish his memories of his daughter Julie Roberts, sons Jeff Roberts and Jim Roberts(Melissa), 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Jack was born in Erie Pennsylvania and was a proud alumnus of Penn State University. He had a successful 40-year career at Murata Corporation and served our country as a proud member of the United States Army. A kind, welcoming and humble man, he loved spending time with his family and friends. A favorite at the Senior Center, Jack, was a skilled and champion table tennis player and talented dancer. Jack’s sense of humor, colorful storytelling, and genuine love for family, will be missed by all. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be sent to Tim D Lee Senior Center (Marietta, GA). A funeral mass is scheduled on Wednesday August 13th at 2:00pm at St Ann's Catholic Church in Marietta, GA
