

Born in Waseca, Minnesota, on October 5, 1950, he graduated from Waseca High School and Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University, Mankato), where he ran track and cross country. Upon graduation, he became a longtime employee of Federated Mutual Insurance Company, working in sales and marketing in Virginia, Minnesota, and Georgia.
Andy was an avid golfer, tennis player, and runner. He was a member of the Elks Club and the Sons of the American Legion. He was a loyal fan of the Minnesota Twins, Notre Dame, and Auburn University.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary (Drazkowski) Andrejewski and his sisters, Julie and Victoria Andrejewski. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kristin Lein Andrejewski, children Jamie (Eric) Davies and John Andrejewski, grandson Luke Davies, sister Nancy Kelling, nieces Abigail Bartz (Randy) and Sagan King (Curt,) and great nieces and nephews Riley, Brandon, Wyatt, and Harper Bartz.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Catholic Church of the Transfiguration. Visitation will be held for one hour before the Mass at the church, and lunch will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul or Transfiguration Catholic Preschool.
