Mr. James Nelson Bell, 76, of Woodstock, GA passed away December 24, 2015. Jim was born on November 17, 1939 to the late V. Vestal and Mildred Bell in Blue Ridge, GA. After graduating high school in Atlanta, GA Jim went to college and started a career as a mechanical designer. He was an avid gun collector and member of the NRA. He loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing. He was liked by everyone who met him and was very kind. Jim is survived by his wife of 25 years, Linda Bell, daughter, Kim Bell and dog, Baily.
