It is with great sadness that the family of James Gary Crane, age 64, announce his passing. He is lovingly remembered by his children: Sean (Ashley), Christina (Stephen), Phillip (Emily), Stacie (Chaz), Pam and Jimmy, four grandchildren, his brother Donald, sisters JoAnn (Tony) and Susan, many nieces, nephews, loved ones and coworkers. He is preceded in death by his parents, Grace Viola Crane, James Edwin Crane, sister Patricia, and brother Mack.
Gary loved taking walks by the lake and having big dinners with his family. He was interested in mechanics, sports, and art and made himself familiar with anything his children were involved in, just so he could talk about it more with them.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a bereavement fund through Ever Loved to help celebrate their father’s wonderful life. He will be buried in Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, Georgia and a celebration of his life will later be held at Allatoona Lake, a place he loved and holds many fond family memories.
