Jennifer Mae Hammonds

Jennifer was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was known for her quick witted humor and her famous eyebrow raise. She loved being a Mom and spending time with her close family and friends.

Jennifer was a long time employee of Wells Fargo and worked hard to achieve the role as Branch Manager for one of their top performing branches in Woodstock.

She will be deeply missed by her husband Frankie Hammonds and their son Jaxon, her mother Teresa Hinton (Sean), her father Scott McDonald (Beth), her siblings Gail (Chris), Melinda, Tiffany, and Samantha, along with uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make donations to a college fund for Jaxon by using Venmo @JaxonsAunt in memory of Jennifer.

Jennifer's departure leaves a void in our hearts, but her legacy will forever be cherished. Hold on for one more day.

A celebration of life for Jennifer will be held Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodstock Funeral Home, Inc., 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188.
