Jesse Cleveland Bugg of Woodstock, Georgia passed away November 27, 2014. Jesse spent 40 years with Chevron Oil Company and rose through the ranks of management before retiring in 1992 as Retail Manager. He was born in Grantville, Georgia and graduated valedictorian from GHS before attending Middle Georgia College. He later joined the United States Army after WWII. He is survived by his wife Bette Bugg and daughter, Judy Malinowski of Woodstock Georgia, son, Jay C. Bugg of Austin, Texas, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. “Pop” was more than a loving husband and dad; he was the foundation of our family. He will be missed more than words can express. A funeral service will be Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 6:00pm in the chapel of Woodstock Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Jesse will be privately interred at Grantville City Cemetery.
