Mr. Gilliland was a construction superintendent for many years throughout the southeast area.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jill Gilliland; son, Joshua Anson Gilliland; daughter and her partner, Megan Elizabeth Gilliland & Adam Maxwell; grandchildren, Brooke Renee Gilliland and Aiden Maxwell, all of Woodstock; sister, Nancy Jo McCarter; brothers and sisters-in-law, Andy & Pat Gilliland, Jack & Faye Gilliland, all of Maryville, TN; best friends, Kent Woods and his entire family; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, June 9, 2010 in the chapel of Woodstock Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until service time on Wednesday.
