She was born February 29, 1948, in Baltimore, Maryland. Judy had a college associate degree and real estate broker license.
Judy was preceded in death by her mother, Doreen May Weller and father, Andrew Theodore Rutkowski.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Herman Griffith; children, Stacy Morales, Sean Burnotes, and Scott Burnotes; step children, Regina Moody, and Renae Daws, as well as seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and puppy Wiley.
A celebration of her life will be held at Woodstock Funeral Home on August 31, 2024 at 11:00am with a reception to follow at Woodstock Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, all donations can be sent to American Cancer Society. Any condolences can be sent to [email protected].
