Mrs. Kathleen Wilkins, 90, of Woodstock, GA went home to be with the Lord on January 11, 2015. She was born on October 2, 1924 in Zanesville, OH to the late Lenna and Rolley Lucas. Kathleen was saved at the age of 13. She prayed for a Christian husband, and was given one. It was a marriage of true love for 57 years. Kathleen was an active member at the 1st Baptist Church of Woodstock for over 30 years. She showed love to everyone she met and was ready to serve when needed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Wilkins and grandson, Mark Wilkins. Kathleen leaves behind her children, David Wilkins (JoAnn), Sandra Helton (John) and Dale Wilkins (Nancy), 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Woodstock Funeral Home.
