Kim is survived by his wife, Nancy Fowler; his daughter, Kaitlin Fowler; his stepsons, Ray Lanzone and Jason Lanzone; his daughter-in-law, Kaitlyn Lanzone; his grandson, Luke Lanzone; his brother, Mark Fowler; and his sister, Lori Richardson. He is predeceased by his father, Gene Fowler; and his mother, Nancy Fowler.
Kim was born in Dallas, TX on November 9, 1957 to Gene and Nancy Fowler. He was raised in Ridgefield, CT, but spent most of his childhood summers with family on Katepwa Lake in Saskatchewan, Canada. Kim graduated from Ridgefield High School, and moved to Atlanta a few years later. On May 12, 1994, he married Nancy, his undeniable soulmate. On July 5, 1995, Kim welcomed his beautiful daughter, who was an important part of his life.
Kim was a devoted husband and father. He was passionate about his hobbies. He appreciated the value of good music and classic cars. He was a member of the local chapter of the Southeastern GTO Association and Po Boys Car Club. He was the owner of a 1967 Pontiac GTO and spent quality time restoring it. Kim also deeply cherished all of the relationships he made with friends throughout the years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held October 9, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the Woodstock Funeral Home 8855 Main Street Woodst
