Larry Douglas Gresham, 71, of Canton, GA, passed away on Monday after a battle with cancer. Originally from Cobb County, he graduated from Sprayberry High School in 1960. Mr. Gresham was employed as a park ranger for a short time and also as a fireman for Marietta. He was later employed by Lockheed Martin where he worked for 35 years. He retired in 1998. He was a member of Noonday Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Sally Ann Gresham; 2 daughters, Lisa D. Sizemore of Villa Rica and Lara E. Gresham of Holly Springs; 4 brothers, William G. Gresham of Washington, GA, Michael E. Gresham Sr. of Kennesaw, George R. Gresham of Acworth and Andrew L. Gresham of Acworth; 3 grandchildren, Korey Campbell of Villa Rica, Kaitlin Sizemore of Villa Rica and Reece Douglas Gresham of Holly Springs. 6 nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12 pm to 2 pm followed by a graveside service at Gresham Cemetery at 2 pm.
