Malcom P. Kerr
November 15, 1942 – December 28, 2018
Malcolm Peter Kerr, age 76, of Woodstock, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018.
Mr. Kerr was born to the late Stuart and Mary Kerr on November 15, 1942 in Washington D.C.
Mr. Kerr was very composed and a model conventional man. He loved his family more than anything and showed that love through his actions. He was an excellent provider, career oriented and incredibly focused. He worked as a banking vice president and ultimately retired as an executive vice president in the funeral industry. After retirement, he enjoyed driving a school bus for Fulton County.
Mr. Kerr enjoyed traveling in his motorhome with his family. They ventured throughout the U.S. and loved going to the beach. There were even times where the drive was the adventure as his family can lovingly attest to.
Mr. Kerr loved his family, his career and also animals. He regularly contributed to organization that supported animals such as the ASPCA and the Humane Society.
Mr. Kerr leaves behind his wife of 46 years, Jacqueline “Jackie” Kerr of Woodstock, Georgia; five children, Beth Bauer (Scott) of Sidney, Nebraska, Donna Hambek (Wayne) of Frisco, Texas, Jennifer McNeely (Scott) of Acworth, Georgia, Dave Kerr of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kristin Thompson (Roger) of Navarre, Florida; and five grandchildren, Jason White, Brianne White, Aaron Hambek, Cole Hambek and London McNeely.

You will be so very missed and are still loved so much! I am so grateful for all that you taught me. You taught us all the value of hard work to provide for your family. You always worked so hard to make sure that we were provided for. You are the hero to all of us girls in the family and make it hard for other men to measure up! We have always been so proud of you and all that you accomplished. There is a hole in my heart but I know that you are in a place where the pain that you suffered is no longer. I love you and you will always be in my thoughts! Until we are together again....I love you!
