Mrs. Marie Vaughn Ayers, 95, Woodstock, GA passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Woodstock Nursing Home. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12:30-1:30pm at Woodstock Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm at Mt. Gilead Methodist Church Cemetery with Chaplin Thomas Smith officiating. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert L. Ayers and parents, Newt and Clara Dobbs Vaughn. She is survived by her 3 sons, Lamar (wife Mary), Jerry (wife Genie) and Larry (wife Charlotte), sister, Doris Vaughn Rowland, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
