Marvin Sherwood Adams

Marvin loved his family deeply and found his greatest joy in being surrounded by them. His Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren affectionately called him Granddad & Papa, names that reflected the warmth and love he shared so generously. He had a passion for woodworking, golfing, and a love for his rose garden and travel, embracing each with enthusiasm. Marvin lived life to the fullest, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will continue to inspire all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William A., and Harriet Adams; his loving first wife, Joan Adams; his brother, William Adams; and his sisters, Barbara Whittaker and Marion Byrne.

Marvin is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Adams; his daughters, Kim (John) Allen and Karen (Rick) James; his son, Kraig (Leslie) Adams; his stepchildren, Nicholas (Trisha) Benzine and Jackie (Mike) Ullman; and his nine grandchildren: Sarah (Josh), Lee (Jaclyn), Lauren (Lawson), Sean (Merissa), Erin (Jared), Adam (Ivy), Kollin (Shannon), Maddux, and Avery. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren: Parker, Landon, Lila, Bennett, Beatrice, Lincoln, and Daphne.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date with his immediate family.
