Michael Donald First

Michael Donald First, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4th, 2025 surrounded by his family and loved ones. Mike was born in Dayton, Kentucky and graduated from The University of Richmond in Virginia. He was a CPA and practiced public accounting in Richmond for over 25 years. He and his family later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where they founded Graphcom, Inc. After retirement, Mike spent most of his time in Clearwater, Florida where he continued to stay involved in the community. He loved the ocean and was an avid boater. Among his many achievements, he was most proud of his family. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Geana, his two sons, Michael and Stephen, his daughter in law, Molly, and his grandchildren, Tyler and Jackson. In lieu of flowers, the family feels this would be a much more personal way to honor his memory to donate to either of these organizations: American Cancer Society at www.donate.cancer.org or the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida at www.moffitt.org.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 10th at 3:00 pm at One Vinings Mountain, 2950 Mt. Wilkinson Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia.

An additional Celebration of Life will be held on June 7th at 3:00 pm at Dan’s Island, 1600 Gulf Boulevard in Clearwater, Florida.
