Mr. Norman Cloutier, 61, of Woodstock, GA passed away April 27, 2019. He was born on April 19, 1958 in Lorain, OH to the late John and Helen Cloutier. When Norman was still a baby, the family moved to Rhode Island and that is where he grew up.
Norman loved cars and was fortunate to enjoy a long career as an automotive mechanic. He especially enjoyed working on his friend’s cars and helping those less fortunate. He was as generous to strangers as he was to his friends.
Norman enjoyed bargain hunting and attending swap meets. He even went to the world’s longest yard sale 3 times. He would often joke with his wife, Lorna that they would only get what could fit in their car, but he would always find more items than her.
He was a big kid at heart and loved to collect Batman, Robin and Superman items and comics. Norman had an amazing sense of humor and loved to make people laugh with his silly jokes. He was a devoted husband, loving father and doting grandfather. His family meant the world to him and he meant the world to his family. Norman will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 29 years, Lorna Cloutier; daughters, Natasha Carl-Hawkins (Lyle), Nikki Clark (Henry Dean) and Tammy Cook (Jim); his cherished grandchildren, Benjamin, Rebekah, Nicco, Kainan, Allissa, Maddison, MaKayla, Destiny, Jazzlyn, Dani, David and DJ; brothers, John and Ray; and sisters, Helen, Pat and Jeannie. In memory of Norman, please do a random act of kindness for a stranger, as he did so many times.
