Patricia Marie Tubiak, 74, of Acworth, GA passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, peacefully at home. A celebration of life and visitation will be held at Poole Funeral Home, Woodstock, GA, Sunday, October 30, 2022, between 2-4pm with a service held at 4pm. Her burial will be held at the National Cemetery, Canton, GA at 2pm, Monday, October 31, 2022.

Pat was the daughter of John and Patricia Bylancik. She was born in Albany, NY and grew up in Guilderland, NY. After attending Vincentian Institute, she worked for the NY State Police until marrying Donald John Tubiak in 1972. Together they moved to Acworth, GA in 1981 to raise their family.

Pat enjoyed traveling all around, their last venture a road trip out west covering several thousand miles. Visiting the beach, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking through the woods were all time favorites. She loved watching the Atlanta Braves, especially win the World Series last year. Twizzlers and Fireball are two of her loves. But her most favorite way to spend time was with her beloved Grandson, Barrett; she loved watching him play baseball and hanging out with him. Pat was a member of St. Catherines of Siena, Kennesaw.

Pat is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Don; two sons, Brian and wife Aubrey, and Scott; grandson Barrett; brothers Robert Bylancik and wife Anne, John Bylancik and wife Angela, sister Gloria Snyder and husband Richard; nieces and nephews.
