

Pedro J. Perez Sr., born on March 14, 1947, in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico, lived a life full of laughter,generosity, and deep devotion to family and friends. One of twelve siblings, Pedro learned early thevalue of family, connection, and looking out for one another. At a young age, he moved to New Yorkand settled in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where he began building the life and career he was so proudof.Pedro later split his time between New York and Georgia, where he eventually retired after manydedicated years as an aircraft mechanic with Pan Am and Delta Airlines. He took great pride in hiswork and was known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail. Yet, what people willremember most was his personality — Pedro was funny, warm, and always giving. He made it a pointto check in on friends and family, never missing a chance to call, joke, or make sure everyone wasdoing okay. He was a champ — strong, dependable, and someone everyone could count on.A devoted New York Mets fan and a passionate music lover, Pedro enjoyed the Rolling Stones and ElGran Combo de Puerto Rico. He loved to travel, share stories of his adventures, and embrace lifewith curiosity and joy.Above all, Pedro was a loving husband, dad, and family man. He is survived by his beloved wife,Aida; his five children, Pedro, Wally, Kenneth, Lisha, and Leah; as well as his cherishedgrandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride.Pedro passed away on February 4, 2026, in Georgia.Pedro will be remembered for his kindness, humor, generous heart, and the way he showed up forthe people he loved. He was a champ in every sense of the word. He was deeply loved and will beforever missed.
